Since his degree in M.Sc. E.E. at the Lund University, Sweden, Tord Björsne has worked with software development, mostly in hardware close environments. Since 2001 he has been at the Healthcare Sector of Siemens AG. He is a Certified Scrum Product Owner and gained lot of positive experience in this role. He is thoroughly convinced that lean and agile thinking is the right way to manage knowledge work.
