agile42 Approach
agile42 recommends an iterative approach to change, using a proven formula for moving to an agile way of working perfected over thousands of hours spent leading agile transitions in many different companies, both large and small.
The aim of an iterative approach is to achieve valuable and visible changes as fast as possible. In parallel, we train and coach the organization to apply the tools for incremental improvement, so that the new organization is capable of adapting to the needs of the market and your customers. The iterative approach consists of first, assessing the situation, then identifying a way to start incremental improvement within a safe pilot environment, and finally proving the concept within a safe pilot environment while preparing the wider organization for the upcoming change.
The goal of an initial assessment is to understand the aims and obligations of the organization, the capabilities and assets the organization has, and what issues or challenges the organization is facing. Then agile42 usually works with the management team to identify how to create an agile organization that meets the identified goals. During a Pilot Phase, a part of the organization will be trained in agile ways of working, and coached over a period of iterations to become effective in agile while delivering their actual work for your customer.
